Scope of the Service

We deliver a production-ready hybrid environment that includes:

• Technical readiness review of your on-premises Exchange and Active Directory
• Installation and configuration of Azure AD Connect for identity synchronization
• Execution of Microsoft’s Hybrid Configuration Wizard with custom topology alignment
• Secure mail flow setup using dedicated send/receive connectors
• Implementation of a shared SMTP namespace (e.g., all users retain @yourdomain.com)
